Terms

Plain English. Last updated 19 October 2026. Questions: jobs@regseven.com.

Who we are

REGSEVEN is run by Atom Health & Safety Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11236489). "We" and "us" means Atom Health & Safety Ltd. By using REGSEVEN you agree to these terms and our privacy notice.

Atom Health & Safety Ltd also provides health and safety training. Where REGSEVEN suggests training to help you meet a job's requirements, Atom courses may be among the suggestions. You're free to train anywhere.

Using REGSEVEN

  • You must be 18 or over and give accurate information.
  • You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure.
  • Don't misuse the site: no scraping, spam, fake accounts, or posting anything unlawful, misleading or discriminatory.
  • We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms. We'll tell you why where we can.

For candidates

  • Making a profile and applying for jobs is free.
  • Your profile should be honest. Only list qualifications, memberships and experience you actually hold. Employers may ask for proof.
  • Matching is a guide, worked out from what you and the employer enter. It isn't a promise that you'll get an interview or a job. Employers make their own decisions.
  • If you upload a CV, our AI suggests profile details. Nothing is added until you check it, and you're responsible for what you save.

For employers

  • Adverts must be for real, current health and safety roles that you (or your client, if you're a recruiter) are hiring for.
  • Every advert shows the pay and answers the questions about the role (hours, site and travel, reporting line, team and training). Answers must be accurate.
  • One of our rules: you must get back to every candidate within 14 days of them applying, even if it's not good news. If candidates tell us they haven't heard back and we confirm it, we may close your adverts and stop you posting.
  • Adverts must follow UK employment and equality law. We review jobs before they go live and can edit, refuse or remove any advert, and close adverts that are no longer open.
  • Posting is free during launch. If we start charging, we'll show the price before you post, and nothing you've already posted will be charged retrospectively.
  • If you send us an advert to post for you, you confirm you're allowed to share it and that it's accurate.

One-off jobs

  • Clients post one-off jobs and professionals with one-off work switched on can send a price. We introduce you; we're not a party to the agreement between the client and the professional.
  • Professionals are responsible for being competent for the work, for holding suitable insurance, and for the quality of what they deliver. We may show if insurance has been checked, but clients should satisfy themselves before accepting.
  • Clients are responsible for describing the job accurately and paying the professional as agreed between them.
  • When a client accepts a price, the professional pays REGSEVEN a fee: 15% of the accepted price for the first job with that client, 7% for repeat jobs, with a minimum of £15. We'll invoice the professional after the job, payable within 30 days.
  • Contact details are shared only after a price is accepted. Please don't use REGSEVEN to find each other and then arrange the same job elsewhere to avoid the fee.

Our responsibility

We work hard to keep REGSEVEN accurate and running, but adverts, profiles and prices come from employers, candidates and professionals. We don't guarantee them and we're not responsible for decisions you make based on them, for hiring outcomes, or for work carried out between users.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you've paid us in the previous 12 months (or £100 if you haven't paid us anything). Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't allow us to limit. If you're using REGSEVEN as a consumer, you keep your legal rights.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from My profile. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other users at risk.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll say so on the site or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any disputes.
