Referral prize draw terms

The REGSEVEN referral prize draw ("the draw") is run by Atom Health & Safety Ltd, company number 11236489, 75 Parc Tyddyn Bach, Holyhead, LL65 1NZ ("we"). Questions: jobs@regseven.com.

Anyone aged 18 or over with a REGSEVEN account. It's free: you never pay anything to take part and nothing you buy increases your chances. Our directors, staff and their households can't win.

Share your personal referral link from Refer an employer. An employer who opens it and buys a listing on REGSEVEN within 30 days earns you entries once we approve their advert: 1 entry for a Standard listing, 2 entries for a Featured listing, and 1 entry for each listing posted with a Recruiter pack credit. The employer pays our normal listing price; referred employers pay exactly the same as everyone else.

If the employer opened more than one person's link, the most recent link they opened counts. Entries are only given for adverts we approve. If an advert is rejected or refunded, it earns no entries.

You can't earn entries from a listing for your own organisation or an organisation you work for or act for (including as its recruiter). We may remove entries we reasonably believe break these terms, for example self-referrals, fake employers or listings created only to earn entries.

We hold a draw each time a set number of referred listings have been approved, counted in the order we approve them. The number for each draw is shown on the Refer an employer page (it starts at 25). We may change the number for a draw that hasn't started filling yet, but never for a draw that's already under way. Each draw only includes the entries from its own listings; the count then starts again for the next draw. We'll aim to run each draw within 14 days of it filling.

The winner is picked at random by computer, with each entry having an equal chance, so more entries means better odds. The draw is recorded with the entries at that moment.

One prize per draw: the winner's choice of the Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice (worth £1,349 + VAT) or the Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Health and Safety Leadership and Management (worth £1,649 + VAT), delivered by Atom Health & Safety Ltd.

The winner must meet the qualification's enrolment requirements, which we'll check before enrolment. If they don't meet the requirements for either qualification, or don't claim the prize within 30 days of us contacting them, we may draw again from the same round's entries. The prize can't be exchanged for cash or transferred, and must be started within 12 months.

We'll contact the winner using the email address on their REGSEVEN account. With the winner's agreement, we may share their first name and the qualification they chose. If you'd like to know who won a draw, email us.

We use your account details and your referrals to run the draw, as set out in our privacy notice. Employers you refer aren't told who referred them.

We may change or end the draw for future rounds by updating these terms. Entries already earned in a round that has started will still count towards that round. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
